The Schönbuch Braumanufaktur founded nearly 200 years ago, brews today traditonal not mainstream beer specialities. The Technical Manager Gustavo Tresselt, 33 years old, started after his Brewmaster Diplom in Berlin directly in Böblingen. He and his young brewer crew has a lot of fun to brew right and left from the mainstream with a lot of passion. Doppelbock hell with 8,7%Vol.Alc, Weizenbock or Xmas beer single hopped. 2013 he introduced as the first brewery in Baden Württemberg a dry hopped Pale Ale in the bottle. A lot of internatonal and national awards follow his way lile European beerstar, ITQI or DLG.
