What do I need to do to participate?
- You must be passionate about brewing good beer.
- You like being creative and bringing your own ideas to life.
- You want to increase the awareness of your brewery.
- Brew beer on 23 April 2015 @ 15:00 CEST using only the ingredients specified in the German beer purity law of 1516.
- Use a minimum of 25 % BEST RED X®, the specialty malt for beers with a red color from BESTMALZ®, in your grain bill
- Show full creativity in the selection of hops, yeast and fermentation procedures.
- Introduce your team and your brewhouse to us in photos and/or video.
