We have a home brewing supplies shop in sunny Nelson, New Zealand. Bill has been home brewing for a number of years. With the emergence of the 30 litre Grainfather machines last year, Bettina has caught the home brewing bug as well. Bill is actively involved in promoting craft beers. He organises and conducts home brew competitions, beer tasting events and SOBA (Society of Beer Advocates) meetings.
It's after 6am in the morning - we've been up all night. But we had fun and the American Amber Ale looks promising.
