We are small and passionate craft brewery that was established in 2013 by my wife and me. The beers that we crate are not be most extreme, our focus so far has been to create beer that are enjoyable, full bodied and that pairs well with food. What makes our beer special is that the water we are using are coming up directly from the ground, so no normal well or tap water. This water works in such a way when using it in brewing that the fermentation stops up earlier than normal. To make a fuller body to the beer, we add more malt instead of adding chemicals to correct the water. This way of brewing gives us a lot more body to the beer than what is expected by the ABV.
