Deluxe Brewing is proud to be Albany’s first brewstillery, a production brewery and distillery located along the Willamette River in Oregon. Deluxe Brewing Company and Sinister Distilling Company is owned by Eric “Howie” and Jamie Howard. What sets Deluxe Brewing apart from the rest, is that it is producing all lagers. The brewery is using a self-made 15 barrel system and is self-distributing to establishments in the mid-Willamette Valley. The brewery is starting out small but focusing on quality first. Sinister Distilling Company is using a traditional whiskey pot still from Portugal to produce fine whiskeys, which are now starting to age, grappa and a gin to come soon. There will be much collaboration between the two businesses.
