We are a smaller commercial brewery in southern California. We make about 40 different beer a year. We once brewed 7 beers with 100% of every base malt that Best Malz makes! Single malt series. For part of that project we were the first brewery in the US ti us Red-X (I think). We will submit a video very soon!
