We have a passion for beer and all things beer. Shortly after discovering what real beer was all about, we also discovered home brewing. TE's CFO (Chief Fermentation Officer) started to brew in his kitchen in the mid 2000's. After only a few batches, his interest turned into an obsession. Each step along the way was an exciting and educational experience. Exploring all of the layers involved led to an ever growing arsenal of tools and equipment. Thus allowing for a wide range of tasty beers. He loves being challenged to create beers inspired by various subjects without straying too far from the traditional styles. Now he is working to bring his obsession to the local world of craft beer drinkers. More recently, his connection with brewing partner, Chris has opened the door for more styles and collaboration. Twin Eagle's focus is on traditional and unconventional styles that can tell a story. We want each and every brew to offer something special.
