Jimmy Swan is the founder and head brewer at Swan Brewery, in Leominster, Herefordshire, UK. Jimmy brews by hand in small batches in a 10 barrel brewery, applying his expertise to create the very best ales, following careful selection of raw materials and precisely honed recipes. About 85% of the hops used are grown in Herefordshire or Worcestershire; most of the brewing grain is grown in the east of England with some special grain brought in from Germany; a unique strain of yeast is used which is propagated and harvested each time. We've enjoyed participating in #BestBrewChallenge for a couple of years already. Our team is founding partners Gill Bullock and Jimmy Swan; brewing assistant Jacob Roberts and two honorary cygnet members, Anna and Zeb Swan (both XS T Shirts).
