Hausbrauerei Kandler

My Brewery is a home brewery with a batch size of up to 1,5hl. Like others have a garage beside their house, I have built my brewhouse here. It consists of two rooms, the brewhouse itself and a walk-in cooling cell for the beer kegs. I am brewing beer for more then 20 years now. The brewhouse was built 10 years ago, due to the rising size of the brewery. I use hops from my garden. I do not dry them. I freeze them right after plugging. So I get the maximum of aroma in my beer. I only seldomly do dry hopping. My brewery is non commercial and my beers are not available in stores, restaurants or pubs - at least at the moment. But who knows... The team at my brewery consists of me, personally. It normally increases in number, when beer is ready to drink ;-)
