The top-rated beer brewed with BESTMALZ® products – The BEST Taste Challenge 2018!
Every participant can enter the taste challenge. Ship 3 x 1 liter of your beer to BESTMALZ Heidelberg.
An international jury of beer sommeliers will judge the taste. The brewers of the best rated beer will get an invitation to Heidelberg for brewing the winner beer and the winner beer will be presented at Brau Beviale 2018 in Nuremberg.
| Participation: | Every participant can also enter the taste challenge. |
| Deadline: | Deadline for sending in the beer: 30 July 2018. |
| Shipping: | Participating brewers send in at least three bottles (à 1 liter) of beer to Palatia Malz GmbH, Administration Heidelberg, BBC 2018, Kurfürsten-Anlage 52, D-69115 Heidelberg, Germany. The participants bear the cost of shipping their beers. |
| Jury: | The jury consists of a panel of international independent beer sommeliers, who will select the award winning beers. |
| Winners: | The brewer who submitted the beer with the highest rating will win a trip to Heidelberg for brewing the winner beer including 5 cases of beer and a beer analysis. The winning beer will be available at Brau Beviale 2018 in Nuremberg. |
| All others: | Winner 2 and 3 receive a professional beer analysis. All other participants will receive a BBC Participant t-shirt, an individual feedback and a BBC surprise gift. |
