From the wonderful rural location of north Herefordshire, in the town of Leominster, Swan Brewery creates classic beer styles brewed with skill. Sustainability is key for this brewery which was recognised by the award of the Green Business of the Year by the Society of Independent Brewers. At Swan Brewery we love to work with local hops as we're based in such a fantastic hop growing area, known as the Hopshires. Give us Goldings, Ernest, Challenger or Admiral and we'll brew a beer that's full of flavour, crisp mouthfeel and tempting aromas. We partner with local food and drink businesses to showcase how beer and brewing co-products can be used in cooking and food preparation, such as bread, chutney and pies.
