La Montaña is a unique brewery. The brewery is located in a nature conservation reserve, so all our processes are pollution-free for the natural biodiversity that surround us. We brew our beer thinking in our special environment connection, so we try to preserve our identity as much as we can. We try to emulate some flavors found in Chilean native forests, not modifying our natural spring water (just the necessary for yeast health) and constantly sharing with nature. As for our team, we are four beer-passionate co-workers. We enjoy working together and learning from each other. One of our favorite activities is trying new beers in our R&D brewery. So we are very excited about this challenge. It will be our first experience with low alcohol Weisse beer.
