We are a small brewery in the heart of the lovely old town Plovdiv. Our mission is to make great beer from good ingredients with knowledge and taste. We love to make special beers and to experiment with new ingredients. Our brewery is very small - 200 liter batch, but we manage to make draft beer for local bars and have a premium series of herbal beers made with local Bulgarian herbs.
