What do I need to do to participate?

You must be passionate about brewing good beer.
You wish to increase public awareness of your brewery.
Brew an Oatmeal Stout between 28-30 March 2025 using BEST Oat Malt and other BEST malts in your grain bill (we suggest BEST Chocolate, BEST Black Malt & BEST Black Malt eXtra).
Recommended yeast: AEB Fermoale AY 3
Your beer must comply with the German purity law!
Show full creativity in the selection of hops, yeast and fermentation procedures.
