Now it’s time to prepare ourselves for the world record attempt. It’ll be hard to achieve it, but we all will give our best.

What do you have to do at the 23 April 2015:

  1. Login at the BBC-Blog site and publish information about your mash.
  2. Mash in at 3PM CEST!
  3. Carefully fill out the #BestBrewChallenge – Participation Log including address details of your brewery, brewing log and final confirmation of the witnesses.
  4. Make photos and a video of each important step (mashing, rests, lautering, boiling, starting fermentation). The video should have sufficient quality and proof the record attempt. Total of five minutes documentation should be achieved. Once ready, send us a link to your cloud files or send us a flash device or DVD/CD with the rest of the documentation to BESTMALZ® AG, P.O. Box 10 43 20, 69033 Heidelberg, Germany.
Important note: By sending us your photos and video material you’re transferring ownership and copyrights for the purpose of the world record application and possible publications.
  5. Enjoy the community and post in the blog or on facebook / twitter what you’re doing.
  6. You can make a live video conversation and broadcast of your mash with us and others via a Google+ Hangout Session. We’ll send out a video conference invitation on 23rd of April 2015 around 1PM CEST to all participants. In any case our Google+ profile is the following: bestbrewchallenge@gmail.com
