How are the beers judged for the competition?

We're planning to have teams of five sommeliers and use tasting schemes with more than ten criteria from German research institutes. All criteria will have an average from all sommeliers and generate the final result for the ranking.

We would have liked to have participated in this. Too bad the Red X malt is not available in the US.
